Installation Guide

NeoGuardian software can be installed on a number of devices depending on the license purchased. For instructions on how to download and install it for the first time, please follow this guide. If you are adding a new device to an existing account, please skip to Step 4b.

1. Navigate your web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, etc.) to http://www.neoguardian.com
   
   
2. Click on the “Purchase” button on the top menu bar.
1. Enter your details, and the version of NeoGuardian you are purchasing, and click “Next”.
2. Enter your credit card information, and click “Next”.
3. Review your order, and confirm your purchase.
   
   
3. Once your order has been completed successfully, you will receive an email with your serial number and purchase information.
   
   
4. Download the installer file and save the file onto your desktop.
1. From the Purchase Confirmation screen, click on “Install Software” to download the NeoGuardian software to your device to monitor it.
2. If you already have an existing NeoGuardian account, log in to your account, click “Devices” on the left menu, click “Install Software”, and fill in the device details and license you wish to use. Click on “Start Installation” to begin the download.
3. If you do not have a NeoGuardian account, navigate your web browser to http://www.neoguardian.com/register/create-account.html to create an account and try NeoGuardian for free for 14 days and then download the software.
   
   
If you are not sure how to download the installer, see the instructions below:
1. On the File Download window, click Save.
2. When the Save As window appears, select Desktop from the left pane as the location then click Save.
3. Wait until the download is complete.
   
   
5. Run the installer file.
   
   To do this, do either of the following:
   ·   On the Download Complete window, click Run.
   ·   Go to your desktop and double-click on the installer file.
   
   
6. Windows User Access Control may appear, click on “Yes” to proceed.
   
   
7. The installer will start. Click “Next” to continue. Read the License Agreement, select “I accept the agreement”, click “Next”, and click “Install”. Wait while contents are extracted and the setup program installs NeoGuardian. The setup program will display the progress of the installation.
   
   
8. Wait for the installation to finish. This may take a few minutes.
   
   
9. You will need to enter your License Key and relevant device name and click “Register”.

   Note: Your License Key can be found in your Order Confirmation email if you purchased the product online, or you can find it inside the box or packet if you bought this at a retail store.
   
   

10. Once your device has been registered successfully, click “OK”. You will need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect. Click “Finish” to restart your computer.
    
    
11. You can now customise settings for each NeoGuardian module through your account on the NeoGuardian web site and begin monitoring your device. Congratulations on protecting your family!
